Today I attended a Taiwanese conference that was held at Penn. I never understood why Taiwanese people are so picky about being called Chinese vs Taiwanese, but after hearing about their history and watchin a documentary on the massacre of 2.28, I finally get it. Epiphanies are beautiful things.

I have a feeling that this term is going get hectic. Considering the fact that I have only had 4 days of classes so far, I shouldnt be suffering from sleep depravation. The worst part is that its not homework that keeps me up. Its all the little things that I do to try to avoid homework.<br><br>The other night I spent an hour trying to get a date with DelSolSpydR. Yes he is a dude and yes I am a dude, but at about 1:00 AM Wednesday morning I signed onto my "chick" sn and started my mack. An hour later we had a dinner date with the possibility of white-picket fencesonthe horizon.<br><br>Yesterday I had a lovely dinner with my equally lovely neighborette. I spent a few hours insulting the viet race with nuoc mam derived slings and comparing her with the various cartoon women Ive seen. She`d make a great cartoon … to all those FF players, she gets her salon tips from Selphie.

Today was very good … not for homework … but I did get to chill a lot. Thank you Wen for the walk, I want many more in the future. Thanks Vi for not only reading this page 😉 but also dinner today … CHOO CHOO!

Hopefully tomorrow will also be a great day as I am scheduled to attend a screening of Ice Age with my asteemed Drexel colleagues. Pass the cheese pretzels please?
